It is the intention of the Washington USL&H Assigned Risk Plan Governing Committee to provide a relatively quick and inexpensive process for the resolution of disputes.


 FIRST


Any dispute should first be brought to the attention of the servicing carrier, SeaBright Insurance.

Underwriting and other non-claim related issues should be directed to the SeaBright Underwriting Director, Keith Laughlin. Keith can be reached at 206-269-8569.

 

Claim issues should be addressed to the SeaBright Claims Manager, Jan Lindsey. Jan can be reached at 206-269-8547.

 

 

SECOND

THIRD

FOURTH


Finally, any applicant, person insured under the plan, or participating insurer, aggrieved by a ruling or decision of the plan shall have a right to appeal such decision to the Washington State Insurance Commissioner. Contact information for the office of the Insurance Commissioner can be found at http://www.insurance.wa.gov/about/contact.shtml
